LITTLE MERMAID PHOTO SHOOT includes up to a 30 MINUTE SESSION, the use of our wardrobe, accessories, props, theme setting. 
(Photo Shoot Fee does not include prints or digital files)

(Limited to 2 children during the same session; 2nd child $69, photographed individually and together.)
WE ARE TAKING PRECAUTION TO ENSURE SAFETY FOR OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS.
MASK NOT NECESSARY BUT RECOMMEDED DURING EVENT.
PLEASE ONLY BRING CHILDREN BEING PHOTOGRAPHED AND 2 ADULTS.

CHILDREN MUST ARRIVE READY FOR THE PHOTO SHOOT.
(Our make-up area will NOT be available for use.)
ARRIVE ON TIME, AS THIS WILL CUT INTO YOUR PHOTO SHOOT.
(Do not arrive too early, my previous appointment might still be here.)  
Once the wardrobe is selected, you will dress your child or children for the photo shoot. You will be given instructions. After session the dress will be put aside for dry-cleaning, please DO NOT place it back on the clothes rack. Thank you!

Specializing in Wall Portraiture; there is an INITIAL INVESTMENT of a 16X20 wall portrait or larger. (Example; 16x20 - 299) *After your INITIAL INVESTMENT we offer an Ala Carte menu, Gift Portrait Packages, Storybook Composites, as well a slideshows which include all the images set to music. STUDIO POLICY REGARDING RECORDING DEVICES...
Please be advised that the use of any recording devices such as cameras, cell phones, video equipment, etc... are not permitted in our facility. The use of these devices will result in the TERMINATION of this photo session due to non compliance with our studio policy.

I understand that I will FORFEIT any fees pertaining to this appointment and no refunds will be issued. We politely ask that all recording devices be tucked away during the entire photo session experience & viewing presentation.

I commission Enchanted Fairytale Portraits to create images of the above mentioned minor(s) and I understand that all images/digital files will remain the property of the studio. The studio reserves the right to use the images (or variations of the images) from this session for publication in advertising materials, websites, blogs, portfolios, displays, or any other promotional methods without compensation.
