Specializing in Wall Portraiture; there is an INITIAL INVESTMENT of a 16X20 wall portrait or larger. (Example; 16x20 - 289)  *After your INITIAL INVESTMENT we offer an Ala Carte menu, Gift Portrait Packages, Storybook Composites, as well a slideshows which include all the images set to music.
STUDIO POLICY REGARDING RECORDING DEVICES...
Please be advised that the use of any recording devices such as cameras, cell phones, video equipment, etc... are NOT PERMITTED in our facility. The use of these devices will result in the TERMINATION of this photo session due to non compliance with our studio policy.

I understand that I will FORFEIT any fees pertaining to this appointment and NO REFUNDS will be issued. We politely ask that all recording devices be tucked away during the entire photo session experience & viewing presentation. (Kindly step out into the lobby if you must use your cell phone)

I commission Enchanted Fairytale Portraits to create images of the above mentioned minor(s) and I understand that all images/digital files will remain the property of the studio. The studio reserves the right to use the images (or variations of the images) from this session for publication in advertising materials, websites, blogs, portfolios, displays, or any other promotional methods without compensation.
