What days are you open for business?
We are open by special events only.
All appointments are solely by reservation. (No walk-ins).
Where are you located?
Our Wimberley STUDIO has moved to DRIPPING SPRINGS, Texas.
We also have an EVENT-based studio in Harlingen, Texas.
All sessions are by appointments; no walk-ins.
My schedule is carefully set up by appointments that means please arrive at your scheduled time. Please do not arrive early, there is no sitting area for waiting. :(
Please don't be late as this will cut into your photo shoot. If you are 30 minutes late be prepared to reschedule your photo shoot during the weekday. (WEEKEND WILL NOT BE AN OPTION).
You are able to reschedule once, due to sickness, however your appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of your original session date. (because our weekends are our busiest days they are not available for rescheduling.)
Do you offer frames?
Yes, frames are available for an additional price and subject to our inventory. (optional)
I purchased a certificate-voucher, how can I redeem it?
Please contact us via this website (contact us) and we will send you a link to register.
Can I get a refund if I can't use the certificate?
Yes, you can get a refund if you contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
Remember, your certificate is valid for a year from the purchase date.
What ages do you recommend?
6 months (or) sitting on their own, up to 16 years for girls, boys up to 8 years.
What does the photo session/photo shoot include?
Everything your child needs.
We provide the wardrobe, accessories, props, wings & enchanted fairy garden.
Up to a 60 minute session plus our extensive education and expertise.
It does not include any prints or digital files.
How do I register for a photo shoot?
You can register under "BOOK NOW".
What does it mean Registration is CLOSED?
That means it is all booked for that day.
Please look under INVESTMENT for information about your initial investment.
Do we have to purchase anything?
You are never obligated to purchase a thing however, there is an initial investment.
What is your initial investment?
We specialize in Wall ART portraiture and with that said...
your initial-minimum investment OR entry level is of a 16x20 or larger.
Do you offer smaller prints or photo packages?
Yes, after your initial/minimum investment we offer an A La Carte menu,
Gift Portrait Packages..that include the traditional print sizes, storybook panels & slideshows.
When do we view our images?
We normally do a view and order session right after your photo shoot. We recommend you place your portrait orders during that time. If you are not prepared to place your order at that time we will schedule a view and order session within a week.
Can we view our images on the same day?
Yes, because most of our clients travel 2- 6 hours from our studio we automatically do view and order session. So please be prepared to spend a little more time with us. We strongly recommend you bring someone that can watch your child/children during this process as they tend to get restless about this time.
How long do you save the images/files?
We normally hold the files for 60 days unless we hear from you asking us to hold them for a bit longer.
However, we can not guarantee they will not be deleted accidentally.
What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, Debit, Major Credit Cards, (NO CHECKS).
Does the photo session fee include prints or digital files?
No , the photo session, sitting fee, photo shoot, creation session does NOT include any prints or digital files.
Do we get the digital files?
No, we do not offer digital files.
Can we buy the digital files?
We specialize in wall portraiture. We do not offer or sell the digital files. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
What is "GLITZ” ?
It's a make-over for little girls; Includes a light make-over, hair-styled and lots of sparkles of pixie dust on finger & toenails. (This service is not offered to teens or adults. Adults and teens must arrive ready for the photo shoot.)
Do most people add “GLITZ”?
Yes! Most of our clients prefer to include “GLITZ” as part of the TOTAL EXPERIENCE. They will love it!!!

Do you have costumes for adults?
Our studio specializes in children photography.
However, we do have a limited amount of costumes for women, sizes vary.
We do not have wardrobe for older boys however, we just received a large jackets for Prince Charming & the Beast, great for dads.
you have anything for boys?
Yes we do!!! We are so happy to offer the experience for boys too!!! 6 months to 8 years.
What is the turn-around once I place my order.
Every image that you purchase will be treated like wall portraits, even the wallets.
Normal turn around is between 8-10 weeks depending on my workload and the time of the year.
(order must be paid in full before we start the ARTwork process).
What to Bring…
Shorts to wear underneath fairy dress, button down blouse or spaghetti top.
DRY snacks for younger children.
If you are adding "GLITZ" PLEASE arrive with CLEAN & DRY HAIR and we'll do the rest.
(PLEASE do not arrive with WET HAIR)
If you are NOT adding “GLITZ” PLEASE ARRIVE TOTALLY READY TO GO.
