Please arrive on your scheduled time.

There is no sitting area for waiting if you arrive too early.

WHAT DOES THE PHOTO SHOOT FEE INCLUDE?

Everything your child needs for the photo shoot

Up to a 60 minute session, the use of our beautiful wardrobe,

accessories, props, & custom theme setting.

Our expertise, extensive education and over 30 years of experience.

The photo shoot fee does not include prints of digital files.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please do not be late as this will cut into your photo shoot.

If you are more than 30 minutes late,

Please be prepared to *re-schedule your appointment.

WHAT IS GLITZ?

IT'S A LIGHT MAKE-OVER FOR LITTLE GIRLS.

Includes a light make-over, hair-styled & lots of sparkles of pixie dust on finger & toenails.

Most of our clients include “GLITZ” as part of the TOTAL EXPERIENCE.

(This service is not available to anyone over 14)

IMPORTANT:

If you are adding "GLITZ" please arrive with CLEAN & DRY HAIR and we'll do the rest.

(Do not arrive with WET HAIR)

IF YOU DO NOT ADD GLITZ, PLEASE ARRIVE READY FOR YOUR PHOTO SHOOT

WHAT'S DOES INITIAL INVESTMENT MEAN?

We specialize in FANTASY wall "ART" portraiture.

Your initial investment or entry level is of a 16x20 or larger.

(Example; 16x20 Wall Portrait is $299)

All purchased prints images include our magical

"ARTWORK"

After your initial investment we do offer an A La Carte menu,

gift sizes, portrait packages, storybook panels & slideshows.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE IMAGE FILE?

We hold the files for up to 60 days

We recommend you place your portrait order during

your view and order session.

We can not guarantee they will be available after 60 days.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND ONCE I PLACE and PAY FOR MY ORDER?

At this time the turn around is 3-6 weeks.

Before Covid 19 the Normal turnaround was between 6-8 weeks

(Since I had time to caught up the turn around is now 3-6 weeks)

Every image that you purchase will be treated like

wall portraits, even the wallets.

Depending on my work load & time of the year,

your order can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks.

(Sometimes it could be less.)

Order must be paid in full before we start the ARTwork process.

We have a limited amount of costumes for women, sizes vary.

Men are limited to 2 fairytale characters.

We are so happy to offer the experience for boys too!

CAN WE VIEW OUR IMAGES ON THE SAME DAY?

YES

WE UNDERSTAND THAT MOST OF OUR CLIENTS TRAVEL 1-4 HOURS TO OUR STUDIO

SO WITH THAT IN MIND WE NORMALLY OFFER

YOUR VIEW AND ORDER SESSION RIGHT AFTER THE PHOTO SESSION.

So, please be prepared to spend a little more time with us.

FYI:

(THERE MAY BE TIMES WHEN IT'S NOT AN OPTION. EXAMPLE; POWER OUTAGE, TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES, ETC)

We strongly recommend that you bring someone with you that can watch

your child/children during this process as they tend to get restless about this time.
